Workshop Booking Terms

These terms apply when you book a seat at one of our paid online workshops. By ticking the box on the booking page, you agree to them.

1. The workshop

Each workshop is a live 2-hour session on Zoom on the topic and date shown on the booking page. Sessions have a maximum of 12 seats. Your seat is held from the time you book until your invoice due date, and it's confirmed once your payment clears.

2. Price and payment

  • The price is R1,350 per person. This is the full amount payable.
  • We email you an invoice when you book. Pay it within 3 days, and in any case at least 48 hours before the session starts.
  • If we haven't received cleared payment by then, we may release your seat to someone else and cancel the booking.
  • We send your Zoom link only once your payment has cleared.

3. Discounts

  • Early bird: the early-bird price shown on the booking page applies if your payment clears by your invoice due date and 14 or more days before the session.
  • Bring a colleague: each additional person from the same company, booked on the same invoice, gets 20% off.
  • Only one discount applies per seat; they can't be combined.

4. If you need to cancel or change

  • More than 7 days before the session: cancel for a full refund.
  • 7 days or less before the session: we'll move your seat to another date of the same workshop for free (once), but we can't refund you.
  • Within 7 days of paying: you may cancel for a full refund, as long as the session hasn't started.
  • Someone else in your place: you may send a colleague in your place at no charge. Just tell us their name and email before the session.
  • No-shows: if you don't attend and didn't tell us beforehand, there's no refund or transfer.

To cancel or change, email info@aitronetix.com. Refunds are paid by EFT within 14 days.

5. If we change or cancel

  • If fewer than 3 people book, or something outside our control prevents the session, we may move it to another date. We'll tell you at least 48 hours before, where we can.
  • If the new date doesn't suit you, you can choose a full refund instead.
  • Your Zoom link is for you only. Please don't share or forward it. We may remove anyone who joins without a booking.
  • We record each session on Zoom and email a replay link to everyone booked on it. We announce the recording at the start.
  • If you'd rather not appear in the replay, keep your camera off, use a first name only, and ask questions in the private chat to the host.
  • The replay is available for 30 days after the session. We then delete the recording within 90 days of the session.
  • The replay is for your own use only. Please don't share it, download it to share, or record, screenshot or stream the session yourself.

7. Workshop materials

Slides, templates and other materials are for your own use or your business's internal use. You may not resell them, publish them or use them to run your own training.

8. Educational only

Workshops are for general education. They aren't professional, legal, financial, tax or security advice for your situation. Before relying on anything you learn, check it applies to your business, and get advice from a qualified professional where needed. You're responsible for how you set up and use any tools shown in the workshop, including their own terms and costs.

9. Our liability

  • We'll run each workshop with reasonable care and skill.
  • Where the law allows, our total liability to you for a booking is limited to the amount you paid for it.
  • We're not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profit or data, or for problems with your own internet, devices or Zoom account.
  • Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, or our liability for gross negligence.

10. Your information

We use your details to manage your booking, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

11. General

  • For workshop bookings, these terms apply instead of our Client Terms where the two differ.
  • South African law applies to these terms.
