Supplier information

Payment: new clients pay 50% upfront and the balance before the session date or on go-live. Orders of R3,000 or less are paid 100% upfront. EFT only; email proof of payment. Prices shown are the full amounts payable. No discounts.
Cooling-off: if you order online, you may cancel within 7 days for a full refund. A session already delivered, or work already begun at your request, can't be refunded.
Cancelling a session after that: more than 7 days before, full refund less R150; 72 hours to 7 days before, 50% refunded; under 72 hours or no-show, we keep 50% of the price. You can send a substitute or move once to a later date for free.
Online labs run with at least 5 paid seats; otherwise you choose a full refund or the next lab.
Done-for-you work: one revision round; faults reported within 10 business days are fixed within 5 business days.
AI: we use AI assistants under human oversight. You can always ask for a person.
Liability: limited to the fee paid for the affected service, except for gross negligence, and nothing limits your Consumer Protection Act rights.

Payment

After we receive your order, we email an invoice with our banking details. Pay by EFT, then send proof of payment by replying to the invoice or to info@aitronetix.com. Your booking is confirmed once payment reflects.

Online lab seat

A seat in an online lab. Labs run with at least 5 paid seats; otherwise you choose a full refund or the next lab.

R2,500 ONCE-OFF

Website

A website for your business, with the domain registered in your name. Hosting and care is R299/month while we host the site, and business email is R99/month per mailbox.

Grok Bots setup

We build a team of AI assistants in your own Grok Bot account and connect them to the tools you already use, such as email, calendar, Google Drive, Notion, Xero and WhatsApp Business. You get a daily briefing and an approvals list: drafts are only sent after you approve them. Set-up includes security and POPIA settings, testing, training, written playbooks and go-live support. You keep and pay for your own subscriptions, so the account and its data stay yours.
