01Do we need an AI policy under POPIA?

POPIA doesn't name an 'AI policy', but if staff put personal information into AI tools, you need documented rules and safeguards to meet its conditions. An AI use policy is the practical way to do that.

02Is ChatGPT POPIA compliant for my staff to use?

It depends on the plan, settings and what information staff enter. Business plans with data controls, clear rules and no unnecessary personal information make lawful use far more achievable. We assess your specific setup.

03What is ISO/IEC 42001?

An international standard for AI management systems. We use it as a reference for proportionate controls, whether or not you seek certification.
